Quantity Surveyor

The Job:

• Project feasibility studies, Estimating and Costing.
• Contract Documentation and Administration.
• Planning, programming and advising management.
• Measurements, Valuations, Appraisals and Final Accounts preparations.
• Management of properties /premises on lease.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Aged at least 33 yrs.
• B.A. (Building Economics)from a recognized University.
• Registered with the BRA& QS.
• 5 yrs experience with 2 yrs in Project Management.
• Must be computer literate.
• Unquestionable integrity and work without supervision.
• Excellent communication and reports writing skills.
• Experience in liaising with financiers of various projects.
